Here is the completed mobile. Not perfect but at least it is done. Sewing through the cowboy boots I cut with my Silhouette seemed easier than tying them with fishing line.
Angel, thanks for your comment and question on my blog. I have figured out a way to make your own printables using your own images. I plan to make a tutorial for you and post it on my blog. There's no email attached to your profile, so this is the only way I have to contact you. Sorry.

As far as "Jane" my Janome MC 9700 goes I have been infinitely pleased with it. I intended to do a lot more embroidery using it than I have actually done, but it's there if I need it. I did purchase some designs but never got around to using them. I briefly looked into digitizing, but found other things to keep me busy in the meantime. I've only used the embroidery to put names on things and it works fab for that! There are a number of small designs built into the machine that I'd like to try, as well as a ton of decorative stitches which I have sampled and found very nice. So, I probably got a way better embroidery machine than I needed, but I knew at the beginning that I mostly just needed a machine that could handle clothing and quilting sewing with some fun bells and whistles thrown in.
HI! Did you know you are a no reply comment blogger? I tracked you down to answer your question about my shirt... it is actually better in knit. I was trying to make it more dressy with the other fabric, but the original was in knit!
